Join us for our annual biomedical hackathon at UCLA!
This event is for anyone and everyone interested in the biomedical field, regardless of their major or background. If you like being creative, designing innovative things, and working with other people with similar interests, this is the event for you! Teams of 3-5 people will work together to address one out of the three possible design prompts; you’ll be given 24 hours to generate solutions to these design problems. Along with designing and “building” innovative ideas, participants can also attend a variety of workshops taking place throughout the weekend, ranging from technical skill building (Arduino, Git, data analysis, etc.) to interacting with corporate sponsors and special guests! At the end of the hackathon, teams will present their projects to a panel of esteemed judges to win prizes! Bioengineer or not, we hope to see you at this BioHack!
